COVID-19 PUBLIC MEETING ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES AND QUESTIONNAIRE The Township Council has moved their meeting location to the West Windsor Senior Center as of September 29, 2020.  Per Local Finance Notice 2020-21 these meetings will be open to the General Public to attend in person.  This is subject to change in accordance with Executive Orders issued by the Governor.

If any member of the public plans on attending in-person any Township Council meeting, each person attending must read and abide by the "Resumption of In-Person Meetings with COVID 19 Prevention Precautions"guidelines.

Each person must complete the COVID-19 Questionnaire (See COVID-19 Meeting Sign In Acknowledgement Form below) form on the day of the meeting and prior to attending the meeting and bring the form with them to provide to the Clerk as required by the Guidelines.  If you answer "yes" to any question on the questionnaire, you are required to refrain from attending the Township Council meeting.

Due to the Public Health Emergency electronic participation will continue to be available to the public.  See the instructions below. "Township Council General Conference Call Instructions for Public".

Township Council meetings will continued to be streamed on YouTube.  Use "Live Link" https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8i0yw7Ihozymgo4N68jJdg/live.  Meetings will no longer be broadcast live on Comcast or Verizon due to the change in venue.The Activities Room is cleaned prior to and after each public meeting. Masks must be worn during the entire meeting.  Social distancing requirements are strictly enforced.  Chairs for attendees and Council/Mayor/Administrator/Township Clerk are distanced 6' apart.  Hand sanitizer stations (total of 3) are located within the Activity Room.

 Agendas, minutes and video posted on the website are for information only and are not considered "Official" copies. Official copies may be obtained from the Township Clerk's Office.
