MARLBORO TOWNSHIP STRIVES FOR ETHICAL GOVERNANCE

The elected officials, appointed officials and employees of the Township of Marlboro abide by a Code of Ethics. This code was created to ensure a responsible and accountable government in Marlboro.

The Marlboro Township Ethics Board consists of six members whom are residents of the Township, at least two shall be public members. The members of the Board shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Township Council. The members shall be chosen by virtue of their known and consistent reputation for integrity and their knowledge of local government affairs. No more than three members of the Board shall be of the same political party.
