STORM UPDATE 3

Dear Resident,

As of 4:30 winds and snow are causing dangerous conditions. Downed trees and wires are leading to power outages and road closures. Please note the following:
JCP&L estimates 2400 customers without power. Please call JCPL to report your outage. We ask that you do not call Police regarding an outage. They do not have information and their lines must stay open for emergencies.

Roads continue to close throughout the county due to downed wires, poles and trees. As of now in Marlboro:
1. Route 79 near Matawan border closed due to down tree and wires.
2. Wyncrest Road near first aid between Topanemus and Stone Roads is closed.
3. Tennent Road remains closed from yesterday's incident.
4. Union Hill closed.

We remind you to stay away from downed wires and do not drive over them.

Please stay home, safe and off the roads allowing Police, First responders and JCP&L clear access.
